All
pups are sold on Limited Registration, below colored type ONLY pertains
if pup is NOT SPAYED OR NEUTERED.
MALES: This pup is sold on LIMITED REGISTRATION until proof
of Hip, Elbow and Eye Certifications, at which time, limited may
be removed. And it is also agreed upon
that he will only be bred to females with the same qualifications. Limited Registration will be used the
same in all offspring sired by the dog.
FEMALES: This pup is sold on a LIMITED REGISTRATION until
proof of Hip, Elbow and Eye Certifications, at which time limited may
be removed. Pup must return to the
Breeder for first litter in exchange for pick pup and help with the placement
of remainder of the litter. Breeder
supplies stud. All pups produced will
follow the same Limited Registration requirements. There after, female will only be bred to
males with same qualifications.
PUPPY
IS SOLD WITH GUARANTEE PROVIDED REQUIREMENTS ARE MET:
To be free of genetic hip dysplasia and free
of non-CERF’able eye diseases. Upon confirmation of either hip dysplasia or eye disease by a veterinarian approved by the
seller, BEFORE the age of 30 months, this puppy will be replaced
with a pup of equal value, or a PARTIAL refund, if the pup is
spayed/neutered and the purchaser wishes to keep the pup. The future of the affected pup is to be
mutually decided upon by both the Seller and Purchaser, with the pup’s welfare
in mind. REPLACEMENT PUP IS
NEVER TO BE SOLD OR GIVEN AWAY, IT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE BREEDER.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. The puppy’s registered name
must reflect our kennel name, “BAYVIEW”.
- The puppy will be
housed in fenced/chain link pen/kennel/yard, when puppy is not supervised,
and is not allowed to run loose.
Buyer agrees not to use dog chains/cable runners as methods of
confinement. Never allowed to ride
in an open pick-up without being confined to a crate.
- Seller REQUIRES you bring back any of
our pup(s) you have to give up, or cannot keep for any reason, and never
for more then the original purchase price, a refund will only occur when
pup has been properly placed in a suitable home, taking into consideration
that in some situations there may be no refund, also remembering that the
deposit that was applied towards the purchase was and still is
non-refundable.
- Puppy is NOT
bred BEFORE 24 months of age and NOT before
being genetically checked for Hips, Elbows and Eyes. Also only bred to others of equal
qualities and qualifications.
- Medical records of
puppy’s weight documented by Veterinarian at each vaccination date,
approx. 9 wks, 12 wks, 16 wks, 20 wks, and 18 months, and initialed by
Veterinarian, veterinarian logs will be required.
PUPPY IS NOT TO BE KEPT OVERWEIGHT AND NOT FED PUPPY FOOD PAST 6 MONTHS
OLD.
OBESITY IN A PUPPY CAN PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE HIP STRUCTURE.
